  My daughter has her School Presentation Ball tomorrow night and as this is a big event for her, she decided to get her eyelashes done for the day. She went in to your store on Saturday (5/8/17) after making an appointment to get them done and since then they have been constantly falling out, which is extremely unusual for eyelashes that were attached 5 days ago.

  Always travel the extra distance to get my lashes done from here. They are not only affordable but look great and last a long time. Have had people comment on them after 6 weeks

  Excellent. My eyelashes haven't budged so far. A bit of a mix up on a small matter but a call back to them & they gave me an appointment to fix them. I complement them on this service. Many friends have asked where I got them done. I have passed on your details.

  This is utterly unacceptable as a service was requested by Reel Hairdressing and the job was not completed to a satisfactory level. Unprofessional. Upon having her poorly done eyelashes fall out, she was told that they cannot be re-done before 5pm, which doesn't compensate for the damages experienced by her customer as she expects another payment for her to fix what she has damaged as well as not making my daughter a priority despite having suffered from Reel Hairdressing's poor service. Considering that her eyelashes were not done right the first time, she should be given priority to get them fixed for free of charge as it has been a huge inconvenience.

  I have very short lashes due to them not growing back after chemotherepy. My daughter bought me eyelash extentions for Mothers Day. We did have to wait a long time after our appointment time to be seen but what a result! I nearly cried when I saw them. They were very natural looking and I couldn't be happier.

  I had an appointment scheduled at 6.30 last night for lash extensions. I had to wait half an hour before I was called in and whilst I was waiting what I noticed with the other customers, that the ladies doing the lash extensions spent the majority of their time on their mobile phones. Customers are paying for one hour lash extensions and they are lucky if they are getting 40 minutes as the workers are constantly on their phones. As a customer willing to pay for services, we expect a proper service and appointments are kept on time.
