  I came in to visit and sign out my boyfriend, after a short day surgery putting screws into his broken finger. The nurses in day surgery kept me updated on his location and condition while I waited. When I got in to see him he was in high spirits and being taken great care of by staff, in particular Sonja, who joked around with us, kept him informed, and also had extremely beautiful hair. We promised Sonja we'd write her a good Google review since she was so wonderful, so if you're reading this, thanks for being awesome.

  Thank you so much to all the staff for world Class, professional and caring emergancy treatment of my amputated fingers. Words cannot fully express how grateful I am.

  Recently my daughter was taken to the emergency in an ambulance with an undiagnosed illness. She was extremely ill and we had travelled from interstate. The staff were amazing (as were the ambulance crew) in tending to my daughter and keeping me updated. Due to the nature of her symptoms my daughter needed high care and the number of nursing staff allocated to her was greatly appreciated. They were highly professional, patient and caring and were so diligent in keeping me informed at every point. Nothing was rushed and nothing was too much trouble.

  Visited out patients for the final review of my sons broken right forearm. Just Xrays and consultation. Doctors offered sound advice and was thorough. Took around 2 hours for the 10:00 am appointment. Only issue with the Hospital is that parking is a hassle so allow at least 20 to 30 minutes before the appointment to find parking.

  Had go to casualty for a issue. The staff I delt with were very good despite there being a number of quite difficult patients. It's pretty simple if it's life threatening issue go to casualty, otherwise for non life threatening you have to wait or go to a big GP clinic. As far as dealing with my problem on the day the staff were excellent.
