  Matt managed my parents sale and I can definitely say they went above and beyond their expectations. This is the 2nd time the family have used Matt for a sale and cannot thank him enough for his patience and expertise during a sale.

  Did a runner when challenged on their quality of service (e.g. didn't ensure lease was renewed on time). Didn't follow through and guarantee service excellence and moaned and made excuses when having to fulfil their obligations to go to a tribunal to defend the landlord's interests, for which they did not understand the law correctly. Would not hire again to protect my valued investment. Better off with a bigger chain as this a one man band outfit and acts accordingly .
